Private lessons

Privates lessons are 1:1 lessons. You have my undivided attention for the entire lesson. You will have the opportunity to work on all the classical apparatus, learning many fun and challenging exercises. These lessons are a wonderful way to work on your unique goals, be that rehab, pre/post-natal, or to challenge yourself in advanced Pilates exercises.

Duets
​
Duet lessons are 2:1 lessons. The lesson is shared with another client. You will work on individual exercises on different pieces of equipment but move through most apparatus within the 55min class. This class is set up so that you can work independently, under my watchful eye and guidance with the added bonus of some extra energy in the room. The lesson is still tailored to your individual needs.
